Our digital printing software integrates the static design and variable data to produce individualized prints in a single run, eliminating the need for manual creation of multiple variations.
What do I need to set up a VDP print run?
Getting started with Document Corners’ variable data printing is easy. All you need is a static artwork design file with unchanging elements and a CSV file from a spreadsheet document containing the unique data you wish to print on each item.
What if I want to print unique images on each item?
Printing variable images is effortless – just include the image file names in your database and send us a folder containing the images, the static artwork file, and the database file.

How can I specify how VDP elements are arranged on my print design?
To add VDP elements to your design, you can either specify it in the order notes at checkout or include placeholders in a separate layer using InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator. We’ll provide a digital proof showing the placement and appearance of the VDP elements, and you can make any necessary adjustments before printing. Simply let us know.
